Leaderboard & Points

The 🏆 Leaderboard ranks players by engagement points — points the server can witness for simply showing up and being active. This page explains exactly how points are earned.

Right now the Leaderboard is display-only. There are no rewards or payouts tied to it — it’s gamification, not money. For where the token fits into the bigger picture, see the Token Roadmap. This is a game, not an investment — not financial advice.

Your total points are the sum of two things: daily-login points and active-minutes points. Points are global (not per-map), so they count no matter where you are in Sproutville.

Part Points
Base, for logging in 5
Bonus per consecutive day of your streak +3
Daily cap 20

So a long streak earns more each day, up to a maximum of 20 points per day.

You earn 1 point per minute in which you actually move — at least 1.0 world units of movement in that minute. Small AFK nudges don’t count.

Part Detail
Rate 1 point per active minute
What counts A minute with ≥1.0 world units of real movement
Cap 720 points per cycle

The 720 cap works out to about 2 hours of activity per day across the cycle. It exists so a bot left running 24/7 can’t out-earn a real player.

A cycle is 6 days, and the board resets each cycle. Each new cycle is a fresh start for everyone.

The Leaderboard only scores logging in and being present and active. It deliberately does not score:

  • Harvesting crops
  • Fishing
  • Mining
  • Your skill level or Total Level

That’s because login and presence are the signals the server can reliably witness, while the rest happen in your own play. To grow your skills and gold instead, see the Skills overview.
